Payments


Payment can be made by Check, Credit Card, or Money Order.

The fastest way to make payment is to fill out the Credit Card Deposit Sheet and send it along with your documents.

If that is not possible, you can send a check or money order made payable to “Morningside Evaluations and Consulting.” If you plan on sending a check along with your documents, please make sure they are all in the same envelope. If you plan on uploading, faxing, or E-Mailing your documents, DO NOT send a check or money order until you have been contacted by a Morningside representative and given a case number to put on the check (you will receive a call within three business days. If you request express service, you will be contacted within 1 business day.)

Please only send your request ONCE; please choose only ONE method of submission. If you submit more than one request, it increases the risk that you will be charged twice.
