You can submit/send your evaluation request and documents via E-mail, Fax, Postal Mail, upload them directly via our website, or via Dropoff Service.

WHAT TO SUBMIT/SEND TO MORNINGSIDE?

Evaluation Requests forms MUST BE FILLED OUT FOR ALL REQUESTS.

For an Academic Evaluation:

2. Transcripts/Marksheets

For an Evaluation of Academics and Work Experience:

1. Degrees/Diplomas
2. Transcripts/Marksheets
3. Detailed C.V. (for questions regarding a Detailed C.V. please click here)
4. Work Experience Letters (Optional)

For an Expert Opinion Letter:

• Education and Work Experience -

1. 1. The same as Evaluation of Academics and Work Experience

• Experience Only -

   2. Work Experience Letters (Optional)

• Specialty Occupation -

1. 1. A detailed description of the position being offered (Petitioner’s Letter is best)
   2. Information about the company (i.e. size, revenues, history, services provided)
   3. RFE or Denial if applicable

• RFE or Denial on a Visa Petition -

1. 1. Government Response
   2. Any previous evaluation submitted to the government

• Please do NOT send multiple emails, and do not send more than 3 attachments in your email. If more than 3 documents need to be attached, please combine all documents into 1 .pdf file.
